In the seventh grade of MTs Ma'arif Kawedusan, it was found that understanding English material relatively low, because there weren't enough learning tools available to spark kids' interest in studying English.The purpose research is develop props media Smiling Clock for teaching speaking telling time material.. this development used ADDIE method, where method researchers carried out as many five stages. Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. After going through several processes until product finished, researcher validated it. The first validation, instrument based on experts' evaluations, received a score 93% with category "Very Valid". second validation experts 81% "Valid". last experts’ evaluation, 90% criteria Furthermore, revise according advice experts, products are ready be tested students. Trials students obtained data from student responses learning, percentage answers met standard Good" 91%. By considering result research, can therefore say effective efficient learning.
